Pure One is proud to announce its lead role in the application of an innovative new travel and infrastructure-focused technology project, TerraFlux, submitted to the UK Space Agency’s National Space Innovation Programme (NSIP).

This proposed project represents a major opportunity for Pure One to integrate cutting-edge space data and artificial intelligence into the future of sustainable tourism and travel development. If successful, TerraFlux will provide local councils, planners, and travel businesses with powerful environmental risk insights derived from satellite Earth observation (EO) data — enabling smarter, safer, and more sustainable destination planning.
The initiative aligns closely with Pure One Group’s mission to pioneer responsible travel innovation for the modern traveller, and further strengthens its leadership in developing environmentally and culturally conscious experiences across its brands, including Pure One Travel, Pure Pilgrim and Pure Vacations.
“TerraFlux allows us to blend our travel industry expertise with powerful new technologies that support the future of sustainable destinations,” said Wesley Baker, CEO of Pure One Group. “This is about shaping how we develop, protect, and promote travel regions in a smarter and more data-informed way — it’s a positive step for the industry, our customers, and our shareholders.”
If approved, the project will receive co-funding from the UKSA’s prestigious innovation programme, and Pure One will work in close partnership with AI specialists Blue Strawberry AI Ltd to bring this ground breaking platform to life.
TerraFlux opens the door to new long-term commercial opportunities for Pure One, including:
- Licensing environmental data tools to tourism boards and regional developers
- Enhancing its sustainable travel credentials and digital IP portfolio
- Supporting green investment and ESG travel products
- Positioning the business as a thought leader in the climate-resilient future of tourism
This marks a major milestone in Pure One’s commitment to digital transformation and its role as a forward-thinking force in the next generation of global travel.
