1. Who we are
This website is operated by PURE ONE GROUP Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11479694), with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom ("PURE ONE", "we", "us" or "our"). PURE ONE Group Ltd is the "data controller" for personal data collected via this website and our associated brands.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we process personal data in connection with our website, newsletters, enquiries, bookings, corporate retreats, media and podcast activity, and general business correspondence. It applies to visitors, customers, suppliers, partners, investors and press contacts in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and elsewhere.
3. Personal data we collect
- Contact details — name, email address, telephone number, company and role when you contact us or subscribe.
- Booking & travel information — passenger names, dates of birth, passport details, dietary and accessibility requirements, travel preferences and itinerary information (only when you engage us for a trip or retreat).
- Financial information — payment details processed through regulated third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Marketing preferences — your consent status for newsletters and marketing communications.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, referring URLs and pages viewed, collected via cookies and analytics tools (see the Cookie Policy).
4. How we use your data and the lawful basis
We process personal data on the following UK/EU GDPR lawful bases:
- Contract — to arrange bookings, retreats, media commissions and other services you request.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, operate and secure our website, prevent fraud, and communicate with business contacts, investors and press.
- Consent — for marketing newsletters, non-essential cookies and any special category data (e.g. dietary or accessibility needs). You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection and travel-industry regulation, including PTS trust-account requirements.
5. Sharing your data
We share personal data only where necessary with: airlines, hotels, ground handlers and other travel suppliers required to fulfil a booking; regulated payment processors; our trust-account provider Protected Trust Services (PTS); IT, hosting, email and analytics providers acting as processors on our behalf; and professional advisers, auditors, insurers and regulators where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some of our suppliers are located outside the UK and EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on UK/EU adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate additional safeguards.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above and to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Booking records are typically retained for seven years to comply with UK tax and consumer-protection law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
8. Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, please email customer.relations@pureonegroup.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EEA you may contact the data protection authority in your country of residence.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Customer and supplier funds are held in an independently managed trust account under our PTS membership (Member No. 5588).
10. Children
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
