All images and videos across PURE ONE websites are supplied by image banks, direct from featured properties and operators, from tourist boards, or shot by our own team on location.
iStockPhoto by Getty Images is our preferred supplier of most images and video footage throughout our websites under its subscription membership agreement. We also work with Shutterstock.
Supplying PURE ONE with images or footage
Do you have an image or footage you'd like to share with a PURE ONE website? We rarely purchase images directly because we already hold agreements with major image banks. However, on rare occasions we are happy to discuss an exclusive licence — please reach out via the contact form.
Equipment used
For PURE ONE's own photography we use a combination of the Sony DSC-HX400V and, on occasion, the iPhone 13 Pro Max. For video blogs and video work we use the Sony DSC-HX400V, iPhone 13 Pro Max, Sony Vlog Camera ZV-1, GoPro cameras, and for drone footage we use a DJI Mini 3 Pro.
Important note
If you have a query over the usage of an image or video on our websites, please contact us — however, please note we host tens of thousands of images. If you have at any time supplied your images to iStockPhoto by Getty Images or several other image banks, that usage is covered under our licence. We are also supplied images from tourism boards that have granted us the legal right to use.
We will invoice for time wasted searching and confirming images that are already covered under our licence at £275.00 GBP per hour — this charge is non-negotiable. We ask you to act carefully and in accordance with our guidelines. An average search takes 3–6 hours (£825–£1,650).
Every image in our collection has either been legally purchased from a reputable image bank or captured by our own team, and all are used in good faith. We take any claim of irregular use with the utmost seriousness and reserve the right to pursue legal action against baseless claims.
